I'm Clara Voss. I draw faces, plants and city streets in graphite, charcoal and ink, one patient line at a time. Originals are available to collectors, and I take a small number of commissions each year.

About the artist

Hello, I'm Clara.

I'm Clara, an artist based in Lisbon. I draw people, plants and the streets around my studio, almost always from life and almost always slowly.

Most drawings take days, some take weeks. I keep going until the sheet holds the feeling of the moment, not just its outline.
